We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Dominique Guillard's vineyard where we learned about his natural approach (lutte raisonnée) to viniculture and wine making where he doesn't add pesticides, fertilizer or water. His wine was delicious. Olivier was a friendly, knowledgeable guide who made our tour so enjoyable.”
